Our story

American burgers. Italian taste.

Smash Lab opened in November 2024 on Madách Imre út, in the middle of Budapest's ruin-bar district. The idea was simple: do one thing, and do it properly.

Every burger is smashed the moment you order. Then American cheese, grilled onions and our own sauces — LAB, spicy, T3, and an Italian truffle one that became everyone's favourite. Born in Italy. Smashed in Budapest.
